In my early days of active blogging, I used to join the Food Friday meme. A few years into that, my participation dwindled and stopped. I wonder if the meme is still alive today or are memes even done by blogs these days.
In any case, I thought of having a Food Friday post today, just for the sake of it. Ha ha!
Tomatoes and Camote Tops, blanched
Vinegar, onions, pepper and salt to taste, prepared as dip
The result is an explosion of flavors that please the palate!
