Monday Workout Mood

Zumba! This was taken two Saturdays ago in the school gym. 

Thank God, it's Monday!

Today, I'm happy that I got the courage to get out of bed and attend the Taebo class in the barangay gym.  I'm usually lazy during Monday mornings.

But since I have a Skype conference at 10am, I decided to force myself out of bed and start the day by working out to release my endorphins. These chemicals are released by our pituitary gland, which is located in the base of your brain. Endorphins make us feel exhilarated and happy. And there are other hormones that are released during exercise that is good for our body and overall well being.

So, I suggest, you do a Monday workout if you can, to set your week right.
