Easier said than done… Spinach may be full of nutrients, but Popeye isn’t necessarily healthy if that’s all he eats. Ha ha!
With an increasingly hectic lifestyle, it is difficult to prepare fresh, balanced meals each day. On top of that, not all of us can afford to be picky about ingredients to put in our dishes. Those ingredients they claim to be healthier are more expensive and not accessible to everyone. Kaya fast-food na lang at naimbento ang mga “instant” — instant coffee, instant noodles, instant juices, instant food, and drink, etc.
Do we really know what, which, and how many fruits and vegetables we need to eat every day to make sure that we are getting the right amount of nutrition for our cells?
