Monday Work Mood

And in my devotional today, it reads:

Tough circumstances are no match for inner strength fueled by hope.

What's the single most important thing to do as a leader? The reply was, to make sure to stay encouraged.

Why? Because if we are not encouraged, eventually nothing else matters. If we're not encouraged, we are not the mom/dad, wife/husband, or person that we could be.
