Prime Your Brain
Today, my team and I began our team activity with priming exercise with Tony Robbins.
It is a wonderful way to start with identifying your deep moments gratefulness by reliving those moments and imagining future moments as if it is already happening.
For me, this priming exercise focuses my mind on appreciating what went and what's to come. As a result, you remember why you need more precious moments in the future.
