Now, I'm Scared, Aren't You?

When people in your close circle start getting sick of Covid, the threat becomes more real. 

In the last couple of months, I lost about five good friends, still at the prime of their lives, to Covid. Some are confined in the hospitals and others are isolated because of Covid. 

I am away from my 80-year-old mother and 50-year-old brother. They are in Siquijor right now and I am here in Manila. I worry about them every day, but now my worry increased because there are now active cases in the island when before there was none.

Then you hear left and right that people are contract the virus, no matter how careful they are. So, it's really getting scary. 

So, if you are feeling the same way that I do, let's campaign that everyone gets vaccinated and work toward herd community. Most importantly, take your premium vitamins and supplements to boost your immune system. Don't settle for less, don't compromise your health. That is what my family and me are doing now. 

Lord, please cover all of us with your mantle of protection!
